This book is a wonderful, colorful rendition of a powerful parable... one of my favorite parables. My four year old has asked me to read it to him every night for the past few weeks. He likes the story and I re-live the deeper meaning of the story every time I read it. I like the humor about how the pressures and mishaps of life force farmer Brown (and sometimes us) into a disastrous situation. And how often it is that blind people in leadership [Farmer Brown] lead the seeing [Molly] where they would rather not go. The watercolor art is beautiful. And the rhyming verses flow.
