Excellent Book for Courses on Non-"Traditional" Families

I used this book in my course "Family Diversity" and it was great. It covers family types that are generally ignored in other "Sociology of the Family" resources. This book covers foster, adoptive, and other family forms. I also used this in a general family class and it was well received. It is a good supplement to a main text.
