Brilliant, moving, fast-paced ... a solid WOW!

This is the first book I've read by Gross, and to say I'm wildly impressed is an understatement. The smattering of breadcrumbs along the way lets the reader participate in solving the mystery. (I got "Michigan" right away!) The author's personal notes at the end had me bawling. What a fine writer. Can his other books possibly be this good?! The writing is flawless (meaning transparent) ... the facts of the story have integrity (nothing's tweaked or ignored for the author's convenience) ... the characters have flesh and bone.

One of my favorite!

What a great read! When you think you know what’s going to happen… surprise your wrong! Plus it makes you think twice about humankind, our medical systems and ourselves. Enjoy the read!
