I had the privilege of being protected by people from an older way of being. Instilled with a mindset from a different age. I went coast to coast. From the deserts of Nevada to the Great Lakes State. Down to the glamour of Disney's Florida. All the way back to the mighty Redwoods. Those principles my great grandparents gave me guided me through cancer. Through the medical journey. Into recovery.
