Fun and challenging

The puzzle itself is small. 4x4.. It is one the same page as the words. Hard to see if you are used to larger puzzles. This book was very challenging. I saw the small puzzle and figured I would knock this book out. Nope! It's fun.

This was a gift....but some puzzles were already done!

The person receiving it liked the puzzles but was very surprised to find that some of the puzzles were already completed. This is very disappointing.

Wonderful Word Search

This is a wonderful word search book. The print is a very high quality - WAY better than the little ones you can buy. It is obviously more money but well worth it.

Word search book

This is a good book to supplement other puzzles such as Mensa daily puzzles, crosswords, sudoku, etc. Sometimes the search is endless to find the last hidden word, usually running diagonally backwards.

Foresee many enjoyable hours

Just received this book today and am very pleased with the format and the design. The text is easy to read and although there are pages printed on each side there is a good size area on the grid which allows the printed grid and words to lie flat whether the puzzle is on left or side side of the book. There is only one puzzle per page. The book is separated into chapters and the chapters are of different catagories. Within each chapter are headings the pertain to the chapter title. For example - Chapter 15 is 'Decades of Word Searches'. Puzzles within this chapter include 1890's,1970's etc. with the page for each puzzle noted in bold right beside the puzzle name. Some of the other chapters include, 'Your Life in Word Searches', Melodies, Bookworm,Celebratory. There are 18 chapters total. I highly recommend this book for anyone who loves the challenge of word searches!
