Artificial intelligence is changing the way employers advertise jobs, review resumes, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage the workplace. For many adult learners, these changes can feel confusing or intimidating. Everyday AI for Job Readiness and Workplace Success provides a practical, Christian approach to understanding modern hiring technology while preparing participants for meaningful employment.
Designed especially for compassion ministries, adult education programs, churches, recovery and reentry ministries, mentoring programs, and workforce-preparation classes, this curriculum helps women recognize their strengths, develop essential employment skills, and use AI safely, honestly, and responsibly.
The instructor guide includes expanded leader scripts for teachers who may have limited experience with AI or automated hiring systems. Each lesson offers clear explanations, instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, group practice, realistic employment scenarios, printable participant handouts, quizzes, practical assignments, and an Employment Readiness Portfolio activity. Beginning, midcourse, and final assessments help instructors identify participant strengths, barriers, digital-access needs, and areas for continued growth.
