Fantastic read

This was a fantastic book I couldn't out it down. I was able to fully submerge myself in this story it was wonderful, relatable, and exciting. 10/10 recommend!

Heartfelt and transporting read

Amazingly heartfelt story. I felt transported to the lake and like I was truly witnessing the story unraveling right in front of me. One of those books that you can happily re-read for years to come.

I loved this book!

I'm 33 and can definitely relate to Percy's love as I also fell in love when I was 14. It was interesting to read her young and inexperience mentality to the mentality and maturity of a 33 year old woman. Now, I did giggle and kicked my feet several times reading this book. It was refreshing and interesting. Loved that the scenes were not predictable. I will reread it again just to see if I missed any little details. P.S I was also fortunate to marry the man I fell in love when I was 14. It's such an interesting and enchanting experience, specially if he is a gentelman and turns into an amazing man.

Read it and immediately re-read it

Such a captivating story, started re reading it as soon as I finished it and then went out and bought her other books

This book is one of the best ones I’ve read in awhile. Carley Fortune has ahold of your emotions thru this whole book, and makes you really feel for the characters. Definitely a tear jerker for sure!

Finished in less than 24 hours- could not put it down! Carly Fortune does such an amazing job, you can literally feel the characters emotions- a bittersweet romance. If you are considering purchasing this book- DO IT! You will not be sorry
