It instills hope in the parent's ability to improve. It is for all of the military, police officers, firefighters, first responders, and anyone else who deal with dangerous situations for the good of their community or country. Traumatic stress can happen to the strongest of us. My hope is that this book takes away the stigma of seeking help for PTSD, especially in the bravest of us.
