This research was designed to investigate the antioxidative ability of tyrosine and glycine. Tyrosine and glycine are known as precursors for the production of some antioxidant such as glutathione. Antioxidant a substance that protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals ( unstable molecules made by the process of oxidation during normal metabolism).
