Informative, Beautifully Illustrated, A Great Gift

I wish this title were not out of print as I am currently seeking two additional copies for gifts to friends who not only love to cook but also want to know about the people and the traditions surrounding the food. This book is a beautiful volume, an informative guide to recipes as well as a great book to just sit down and read.
