Despite all the religious teachings we've had over the years, we have become more and more materialistic in our thoughts and deeds. We continue to chase after the temporary bright lights on earth which seem very real to us, but are not. Those in charge of running our world are primarily concerned with things appertaining to the five physical senses. They can see no further.
