GET THIS BOOK

Encyclopedia of Mind Enhancing Foods, Drugs and Nutritional Substances is the most comprehensive book I have found on the subject. There may be other books out there, but I really like this book because it contains a very wide selection of items. Including, Foods, herbs, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, lipids, nucleic acids, hormones, essential oils, entheogen, medical drugs, nootropics and more. My favorite section is the nootropic section. Things like piracetam interest me. [...]. If you are interested in this subject, GET THIS BOOK! Its well worth it!!!!

Interesting

An interesting guide to mind-altering or mind-enhancing substances from the legal, such as vitamin C or rosemary to the illegal, such as marijuana or LSD. The entries vary in length; some are very short (a few sentences) and some are pages long. The author gives AKAs, effects, precautions and dosages, but not for every entry. This book is not as detailed and complete as a Herbal PDR, but still an interesting book fun to browse and written in layman's language.
