Truth is Eleni is a fool.

She likes to blame the others but deep down she knows she is the one to blame. She says she tries to find a place for her in this world. But she is lost.

Little Eleni comes often to visit. She is not quite sure if big Eleni is really trying or if she is still hiding. She wants to make sure that everything goes according to plan.

Eleni is bored again is an illustration project that includes 299 illustrations for young and grown-ups made between 2015-2021. Using critical (semi)autobiography, subjectivity, subjective objectivity, humor and fiction as methods, Eleni is bored again poses existential and psychosocial questions, investigates the everyday and meditations on the self. The project aims to confront us with the grown-up's neglected innocence, which shifts from vulgar to raw and from raw to stupid, from stupid to na?ve and from na?ve to dark, from dark to needy and from needy to humorous and and and.
