Excellent Recipe book for preparing Game Animals

For any Hunter, or better yet - the person who does the cooking in the home, this is such a great find! Recipes are delicious and there are tips throughout the book for substitutions and ingredient additions for the recipes. The meat does not taste 'gamey'. There are even a couple of grouse and quail recipes included. This is my second time purchasing the book, my first book I gave away as a gift and still wanted the recipes for myself - hence a second purchase!
