Electric Bread for Kids

I love it! It has recipes for every occasion and is extremely creative. It is the only bread book I use out of the twenty that I own.

Easy, fun and tasty recipes for the entire family

I had never baked bread or used a bread machine before I got this book. I have made the white, french, honey wheat, oatmeal and dinner roll recipies and each of them turned out great!I recommend this book to anyone regardless of age because it is well written, fun and easy to understand.(Thanks Ann)

A fantastic book!

My eight-year-old son now makes fresh bread for the whole family! Electric Bread for kids is a great book - the recipes are fun and really, truly delicious! It's also a terrific book for groups of kids at sleepovers or other parties. This book makes a wonderful gift!

Excellent children's cookbook for beginning cooks!

This is a beautiful cookbook with easy to follow recipies and lovely illustrations. It will appeal to children and adults. A great gift.

Full of creative ideas they can do themselves.

This is a wonderful cook book for kids. Even younger childen will be able to use this book to make their own bread and other treats with just a little help from an adult. Like the earlier Electric Bread books, this one has the usual basic bread recipes. But it also contains so much more. Braided bread -- Multi-colored bread -- Lunch Pockets -- Bread creations from mermaids to bunny rabbits. There are sections on special holiday breads and on using bread as art. This book is full of interesting ideas that have been tested on (and approved by) real kids. I would recommend it especially for the 6 to 12 age range, although there are parts that older children would enjoy as well.Disclaimer: I would have liked this book even if our own son had not been one of the test cooks.
