The purpose of this study was to find out the Effects of Yoga on Stress among
the Age Group of 18 to 24 Years Students. Asana and Pranayam groups have not been
found to be significantly different from each other on various areas of physical fitness
except sit-ups, and 600-yard dash, whereas the Asana group and combined (A & P) group
have been found to be significantly different from one another on all the variables of
physical fitness except 600-yard Run and Walk. Asana and the controlled group have not
differed significantly on shuttle run, standing broad jump.
