Amazing Faith

I've read this book many times and it never gets old on me. I love the illustrations, especially of the boy whose finger grew back that it amazed the medical doctors! What great lesson in faith and trusting God, even in seemingly impossible situations.

Very effective

I just love this booklet. My old one was falling apart from reading it so much. I also like to buy them to hand out.

Great Book

Effective Prayer Life is a great book that I recommend all Christians read. There is nothing life shattering about this book, yet somehow I walked away feeling like I had learned so much. Chuck Smith is an excellent author and does a great job of not getting carried away and wondering off the topic. The book through out is about prayer and how one should and and can pray more effectively. As with most books about one's Christian walk, this book is only effective if the ideas in it are put into practice by the reader. Prayer is something many of us partake in yet few of us understand or even think about. This book provides great insight into this subject. Effective Prayer Life is an easy and quick read and all who read it can learn something from it. I had it on my book shelf for years and never read it and now I wish I would have read it years ago.
