We tried to demonstrate in this work that the phenomenon of shooting in American schools and universities is a phenomenon that has a very ancient history. And also, to see how the repetition of this phenomenon on a daily basis constitutes a factor of trauma. We also explained that after the end of the study cycles, when the student is ready to face the new social reality of the job market, he will experience frustration because of another phenomenon which will be a factor blocking.And finally, considering all these problems, we had developed a new emergency plan to end the crisis.
