Hit the bulls-eye

Nell Noddings has done it again - hit the mark on a contemporary (but under discussed) issue in education. My favorite pieces were chapter 3 on sustainability and chapter 7 (by Nancy Carlson-Page & Linda Lantieri) on a changing vision of education. Useful info, inspiring (in a hopeful way more than mere wishful thinking) and pragmatic. Gives evidence to the adage that change in education rises up from the bottom but gets steered from the top. Yep, definitely worth 5 stars.
