Excellent book on how your thoughts effect your health and advice on how to change your negative thoughts to positive ones.

Listen to Your Body.. your best friend on earth

I was sent the right book, but the earlier version printed in 1989, not the later version as shown. It was well worth a read, Just brilliant. A lot of ideas dealing with core issues, In how to just be YOU and not be somebody else... Slowing down the mind to be able to listen to your body and it's needs.

pleasant and good

What a great and pleasent book. I strongly suggest this for everybody, just everybody, teenagers, parents, especially new parents,couples and singles. A very simple guide and explanation on how and why we are responsable for the course of our life, no matter what the past was. I'm a single divorced man, father of a teen and truly enjoyed this reading.

Incredible book!

This book is the best one I've read yet. It gave me tools to better my life in all sorts of ways - my relationships - my fears - my health problems. I don't blame others for what happens to me anymore. What a great feeling to know that I'm responsible for my own life and that I'm the only one that can change it. What makes this book different from all the others I read is that it doesn't only talk and explain problems but it also gives you the steps to get over it.
