This was a very useful book. I have ordered several. It is out of date with the government's pyramid concept, but the older one is easier to understand. My only concern was that the government's pyramid description does not mention that the recommended diet would likely reduce one's blood pressure. Mine went into the hypotension zone and I had some minor problems. One should be careful if Diastolic pressure is at or below 70. Fruits and vegetables will likely cause this to go down below 60.
