Opposites attract

When Amy Cunningham goes over a mountain embankment to avoid hitting a man on a motorcycle, a drama is set into motion. Hampton takes us along for the rough and tumble motorcycle ride through the south, and then all the way to California, a journey that pits two opposite personalities, changing both of their lives forever. Amy is saved from death on a rocky ledge by Jason Broughton, who manages to turn over and avoid her automobile. He has his hand's full getting her to the top of the mountain and doctoring her major wounds. Over the course of the novel, the duo runs into some sleazy, mean characters who only want to harm them. Each time they escape and continue on a journey that involves many complications, including lying to Jason's family. Hampton keeps the reader engaged with plenty of action and raw emotion from both parties. If you enjoy a cozy, give this one a try.
