A bluestocking with a secret, a Duke who knows it

This story is truly amazing, bringing two opposites together and the sparks fly. Callum Montgomery was used as a child by his guardian so his wealth as a Duke would be his to use, to ensure that he killed his last living relative his aunt then emotionally blackmailed him into silence and obedience. But after leaving the British army, coming home to his guardian dead he has no desire to be controlled via marriage to his guardian's daughter. This leads him to a vicar's bluestocking daughter Charlotte Butterworth, who has a secret she will do anything to hide it. Including but not limited to when Callum finds out about it, will marry him when he proposes to her. But in both their desperations, (Callum to break free of his guardian's control completely, Charlotte's to give her sister a season and family financial security.) They both unbelievably, without a doubt find more passion, freedom, and above all love in the other's arms. So yes, the title is very much true that Dukes prefer Bluestockings. Because they have nothing but passion.
