This moral doesn't hurt

This story is so well written, the moral will go down like a spoonfull of sugar. In a very straightforward yet quirky way, the author tells the story of a goose that was not happy with its body. When I first saw it, I wasn't sure if my 7 year old son would like it, because it looked geared to the pre-school set, but we've actually read it quite a few times, and have had some great discussions aferward. The pictures add a lot of zest to the story.
