Missy and Jimmy were meant to be and when you are destined to be with someone, you can't fight it or hide it. I fell in love with Jimmy and Walter I never knew why Missy even considered marrying him. Alice Wootson has captured the real essence of true love.

Nice

Took me a while to get use to reading , but once i did I liked the story. Missy and Jimmy had a history together and a future so it seemed until missy left their hometown for better opportunities. Missy comes back engaged to be married to the wrong but as she spends time with Jimmy, she has doubts about the wedding and calls it off. Jimmy is conviced that he and Missy have another chance to be together and works at it until she makes is clear she has no intention on coming back to him. Something tragic hapeens that makes Missy change her mind. Good work Ms. Wootson.

Alice Wootson did it again!

Alice Wootson captured the flavor of a small town EXACTLY! Missy is one stubborn woman and Jimmy T is a sexy hunk! I liked the way he persisted in going after Missy. The parade scenes were fantastic! It felt like I was there. Alice Wootson showed how Missy learned what is important. This book is different from Snowbound With Love, but it is a great read. I highly recommend it.

Young Love

Missy Harrison had been in love with Jim T (Jimmy Tanner Scott) since high school. Missy even use to day dream about what her dream wedding would be like when she married Jimmy T.After graduation Missy and Jimmy T had an argument and she went to Philadelphia to attend college. Missy returns to Maryland only to get married to Walter Wilson. Everyone in their small town always thought Missy would marry Jimmy T, even her mother. Her car breaks down and Jimmy T who is the local mechanic, comes to her rescue. Missy can't help but remember what Jimmy T was like when they dated. Missy feels it is unfair to Walter to marry him when she has so many thoughts of Jimmy T in her mind constantly. When she cancels the wedding Jimmy T decides to show her that they belong together. I really liked the older characters in this story. There is so much wisdom there.This is the second story by Ms. Wootson. If you have not done so, you should read Snowbound with Love.
