Can not say enough great things how this book has helped me @61 soon to be 62 feel as well as 32! He is a real person (Dr.V) & I believe that all MD should be required to have this book, read it & suggest to their "clients" this book & others by Dr.V.

hurray for diet and exercise

I read all the information I can on diet, exercise and hypertension. Hypertension can be controlled without medication in many cases and I am glad for this book and the help of my MD in working with me to stay off medications.
