This is not a typical textbook. It is more like a workbook you get in elementary school with copied pages. First of all not a accurate representation of Dr. Sebi's research at all. Watching his interviews he said do not boil tea it removes nutrients, book states boil tea in some areas for 10-15 min. Another paragraph states stick to organic meat eggs, and dairy. Dr. Sebi promoted a plant based diet. No dairy or eggs, certainly no meat! And thirdly it was mentioned it was recommended that you eat a dozen walnuts every day. Walnuts are acidic, Dr. Sebi would have never recommend that info he promoted an alkaline diet. Just very disappointed in the quality and misinformation in this book.im sure there are many other misquotes/information I'm only halfway thru it and do not have any interest in continuing and wasting my time.
