Out of the many books that I have purchased on Doves I have found no other resource to provide as in depth and informative insight on keeping Doves as pets as this book. It has information on the many difference species of Doves (some of which I never even knew existed), common illnesses associated with keeping them as pets and how to take care of them properly.
