I'm so glad I bought this book!!

It arrived very fast, it was wrapped up in plastic so it wouldn't get all scuffed up, and my sister loves it so much, she is carrying it and a set of 24 colored pencils in her purse 24/7, so that she can play with it and journal no matter where she might be! Thank you -so- much for being so good about my order!

This book is so unique! If you wish you were a kid again, grab your pens, pencils, markers and crayons. This book will take you back. I purchased this book when I was away for the weekend with my family. It was late and there was a terrible storm brewing. My oldest daughter and I decided to take off for a book store. Thunder crashed and lightning lit up the sky with an eerie strobe light effect. The lights flickered in the book store. Sirens started to go off, signaling to take cover. It was almost surreal. My daughter was ready to go, but this book caught my eye, so I waited in line to purchase it which was rather out of character for me (what with the sirens and all!). Well, I swear some of that energy that was flowing so freely through the air that night, got caught in between the pages of this book. I am so bad at "keeping a journal". The blank page scares me. This book takes that fear away, because there aren't any "blank" pages, yet there is plenty of room to let your creative juices flow. What's more . . . I actually write in this book all the time. I doodle and draw and play "connect-the-dots"! I started on page 144. You don't have to start on page 1! How awesome is that? This book breaks all the rules and invites you to do the same through creative prompts and thought provoking one liners. If you want to "journal" but have "blank-page-fear" like I do, this book will free you! You don't even have to buy it in a surreal thunderstorm like I did (although, that WAS really cool); this book will release your creative energy and prompt a visit to the school supply aisle.
