A good book for those who knows very little about health.

I got this book cheap at a local bookstore and I thought why not read it. I am not a person who reads much, to be honest. But I have to add this book actually got me reading something before going to bed. What I did was read at least 10 to 20 advices before sleeping. In a month time, I would have learnt 600 medical tips! Now that's good (for me)! Sorry to say this... its a good book to put me to sleep too! Hahaha! So thanks to Celia for this wonderful book!
