No you really don't!

I first found this book by accident in the public library. The title put me off a bit but I took it back to where I was sitting. Across the library in the newly arrived books section is a back lit sign to that effect. I knew what the sign said but could not read it from where I was sitting. Within 20 minutes of reading this book without getting up to practice some of exercises requiring a standing position, I was never the less able to read that sign! No matter how bad your eyes are if you are willing to do these execises your vision will improve, dramatically!
