A nice guidelines for small-group leaders

If you long to be more influential for people's lives, and WILLING to learn to be a better small-group leader... This one serves a very good guidelines for you. It's true it does NOT give you details, it gives you guidelines! However, I don't think details will work well since there're numerous varieties among all small-groups. Thus, guidelines serve better for me. I learn to develop details based on these guidelines. I used some techniques in the book and did a feedback,which turned out to be wonderfully positive! Also, people said they knew more about God after one study I led based on the method. And help people know more about God is all you want, isn't it? Therefore, this is a very good book for small-group leaders in my opinion. It is not a matter of who NEEDS to learn, it is a matter of who is WILLING to learn... Enjoy!
