Terrific Techno Terms

There are two groups of people who already know this information: Ph.D. students and the arrogant people who answer computer help line numbers; it's news to the rest of us. I am a Masters student in Library Science and found this book to be of great assistance in completing a very difficult project. This dictionary includes a number of graphs and formulas to help the reader visualize the concept at hand. My copy is already dog-eared.
