This book has made a difference in my life & relationships!

The Dewey Color System has added a whole new element to how I look at life. Since reading it, I have gained an interest in the power I find in my strengths and weaknesses. I like to look at blue the most and found that the description on page 43 was dead-on!!!I have had the most fun with it while reading with family, friends and especially my boyfriend. We have gotten so close as a result of studying our color choices and discussing what they mean.

Dewey Color Kids to the Rescue!

What do you get when you mix Rainbow Bright with Pokemon? You get Dewey Color Kids and one happy babysitter! When charged with the job of babysitting my favorite nieces and nephews, I did what any good sitter does and pulled out the arsenal. In my "time of need" I found this children's book along side a personality profiler I've been reading, Dewey Color System. The kids ranged from 2 to 6 years of age, yet all eyes and ears were engaged in the book I held in my hands. The bright colors and delightful animation kept the youngest eyes captivated, while the words sparked the undivided interest of the eldest. Author, Dewey Sadka, offers to use color in order to build confidence, open communication and better understand your children. I'm going to have to give him some credit because he sure knows how to speak the language of a child's vivid imagination.

After reading this book, I feel I have a clearer understanding of me as a person using my color preferences. The extensive research and specific descriptions the author uses validates my thoughts about how I see myself as an individual, better understand my interpersonal relationships, and has opened vistas of exploring opportunities to use out-of-the-box problem solving and decision making strategies on a daily basis. This book is well written, easy to understand, and is a ready resource to inspire and motivate every reader!

As I read this book, I was amazed at the accuracy and descriptions that validated my personal thoughts and feelings using my color preferences. I found the book to be written in an organized, easy to read manner that encouraged me to further explore and understand my interpersonal relationships with others, decision and problem solving strategies, and the power and influence color has on a daily basis. This is a great resource I plan to read and use often!
