The Leader is Developed

This is an excellent read. I could not put it down. My Pastor at Life In Christ Cathedral of Faith in Chester, PA recommended this book to everyone who is in the Leadership Development Training class that he teaches. By reading this book and sharing some of its principles during a recent interview for a supervisory position, I got the job!!!!

Great Read and so much to learn!

I would tottaly recomend this to everyone. I will teach you much and it is not in the normal "christian book" manner. Good read!

Great Stuff without all the fluff

Maxwell does a great job of breaking down the essentials of Leadership without turning it into rocket science. While a bit wordy, it is still an easy read and easy application. My organization is now using this as the basis for leadership development with front-line supervisors.
