A BIT MORE SUBSTANCE TO THE PLOT - #2

Desi's Rescue has a bit more substance to the plot. Her wolves and dogs are involved in her fight to keep her land. The land seems to have a religious significants [probably wrongly spelt] to the Ute Native Americans. Helene, Josh's mother, and medicine woman has several women under her tutalege including Desi. Desdamona is still under survalience of the local police for the murder of her husband but there seems to be more undercurrents than was first suspected. Tamati, owner of The Black Crown Pub has found an orphan wolf cub and makes contact with Desi and suddenly his hormones are on strong alert. He fantasizes about mating with her. Tam is still recovering from his accident as a smoke-jumper and favoring his leg. Still he is not shy of getting bare and hoping into the hot-springs with Desi. As it turns out, the Judge that helped set her bail, propositions her with a proposal of marriage which she soon learns was a way of getting her land. Boy, was she pissed. Gene Nordquist, the deputy that arrests Desi, has a mean streak and believes she killed Claude. I would call this light reading - but thoroughly enjoyable - characters are becoming more interesting - and I did enjoy the segments about the wolves. Definitely Recommended -m -- Oh! oh! what is this question about Claude Tsosi not being Native American. There must be a chuckle in there somewhere.
