Reporter discovers WHO and WHAT Love is

Oops! I goofed on my review of "Taking a Chance on Love," the first in this trilogy. I mistakenly made Liz, that book's heroine, a wedding gown designer when it's the sweet gal in THIS book who performs that service. In fact, when Tristan, our hero in "Designs," sees Devon modeling a gown of her creation, you know it's only a matter of time until he's waiting at the end of the aisle for her. They seem an unlikely couple, but complement one another and share some sizzling chemistry. There's a sweet, funny scene where Tristan drinks too much and winds up on her couch. He's been the love 'em and leave 'em type and is a dashing broadcast news reporter until he meets our girl. His camaraderie with his fellow reporters is good and one of them, a feisty woman, winds up going to "Rafe's Island," which follows this trilogy.
