brilliant

One of the most important books written in the '80s. It gets into what democracy and freedom really mean and debunks some of the so-called great thinkers of democracy (case in point, his scathing and ingenious handling of totaliarianism and how it doesn't, in fact, exist!). Bob Avakian is easily one of the most important thinkers of this century
