Outstanding Source Book On Statistical Improvement Tools

I have used this book at work for several years and have found it to be an outstanding and reliable source for easy to understand information about how to apply statistical tools to solve manufacturing problems, and how to monitor manufacturing processes for signs of deterioration. The book is exceptionally well organized and provides many detaled, ready to use, fine operations procedures. The author's expose about the different cause and effects diagrams is the best I've ever seen. His description of Gage R & R takes a complex subject and makes it easily understandable. All diagrams and charts are excellent. Analysis tools are highly practical and their selection is based on years of proven experience at Ford. Examples provided by the author are very clear and practical. I highly recommend this book for anybody seriously trying to improve manufacturing processes.

Book of solutions, only - no original exercises

This book only provides solutions to exercises, but not the original exercises. It apparently goes with the other book by Victor Kane.
