Greg Anderson discovers his twin sister, Jessica, murdered just outside of his apartment. The victim of a drive-by shooting. While mourning her loss, a friend shows Greg a side of the Internet he's never seen before called the deep web. On here, you can buy drugs, stolen merchandise, fake IDs, and more. It's here that Greg finds his sister's picture posted on a hitman site, boasting of the murder. Angered by the police's disinterest, he sets out to find the website's creator.
