Difficult People are Rankists.

The authors encourage readers to understand types of difficult people, to know what those difficult people want, and how they are threatened when they do not get what they want. I especially like the illustrations, writing clarity, and the suggestion that one need not stay and deal with difficult people. If the reader does decide, or has no choice, to continue interacting with a difficult person, there are suggestions about how to manage. All difficult people are rankists. They mistreat their family, friends, or fellow workers for a variety of reasons. We can use knowledge and skills to defend ourselves and others from such abuse.
