DEAD FREQUENCY
When the sky turns white, Staff Sergeant Jarek Voss is alone inside a decommissioned Cold War relay station in the Colorado Rockies. The EMP kills every electronic system on the continent, but the station's vacuum-tube receivers survive. In the silence where American signals used to be, Jarek picks up something no one else can hear: a foreign military network activating ground elements across the western United States.
The attack wasn't the endgame. It was the opening move.
Now Jarek has to carry the only warning across two hundred miles of lawless terrain to the sealed blast doors of Cheyenne Mountain, on a broken leg, with a fourteen-year-old ham radio operator as his only ally. Between them and NORAD: armed roadblocks, a charismatic fabricator whose loyalties don't add up, and an enemy surveillance net closing around the one place that can stop what's coming.
The clock is counting down to an execution date that won't wait for them to arrive. And the dead frequencies are filling with voices that America can't afford to ignore.
