If you want a book to cover the wide array of heroes, villains, and other prominent figures within the DC Comics Universe, this book will help introduce newcomers and refresh the memory of long-time fans alike. It's not too in-depth but for an everyman's quick reference book of DC Comics characters, it's a great choice. There is a companion book for this that specifically covers Batman, his allies, and the Rogue's Gallery of the Batman.
