Journey from child abuse to wholeness. TRANSFORMING

You really have to read this with eyes open to the reality of the world. If the passages regarding sexual abuse don't freak you out, perhaps the chapter on Baby Memories will. I think you should buy the book now and read what you can, and when you can read no more, put it down. In fact, hide it from your view. The need to pick it up again will arise in time, and read as much as you can til you can't take anymore. Repeat this process as needed. I bought the book YEARS ago and I'm still not done with it.You need an open mind if you've never been exposed to new-agey types of ideas like spirit guides, other dimensions or past lives. Transformation is the soul of the book, and for survivors, it is a journey worth the hard work. Even if your story is very different, you'll have light bulb moments.The abuse passages are brutal and honest.
