Disappointed in condition of book.

This used book purchase was listed as "Very Good". When I got it, their were answers/comments written in the blanks and text underlined. It is a study guide, but when it is listed as "Very Good", I'd expect most/all the blanks to still be blank and none/minimal underlining/highlighting. Book should have been labeled as "Good".
