People who love to eat may hate to become obese. People who love to smoke may hate to contract cancer. Such love/hate affairs are plentiful. If you hate something or someone, just ask yourself where love comes into play, and you may reach the conclusion that hate is an unhealthy emotion, particularly if you love to hate.
