It will also incorporate the methodology of a preventive approach to complications and the access approach to be obtained with an exit strategy by showing ultrasound-guided access in CLI patients. Also, it will examine CLI interventions in high-risk patients utilizing ultrasound-based access with a primary focus on alternative access, including the combination of antegrade/retrograde access and interventions. It will showcase new retrograde access and intervention techniques, such as the TAMI technique and tips and tricks of retrograde access and transtibial interventions.
