my first SARK experience

WOW, this is a great book. I really love the colorful, handwritten style. It has really inspired me too. I love this one so much I bought several other SARK books

Even better than the original

Add this to your SARK collection even though there is repetition here. Some things just deserve repeating.

A Book About Self, Not Self-Help

I hate self-help books. I find them insulting, boring, and ridiculous. I first picked up Creative Companion in a little bookstore because the cover was so pretty. I wasn't in a great mood, and it looked mindless and fun. As I sat down and read the slim volume, I knew I would buy every book SARK had written. This is not a self-help book, it is an inspiration. It reminds us all of the creativity that we need only recognize in order to unlock. All of SARK's books are fantastic, but this one, being the first I had ever read, has a special place in my heart.

Yes, it seems childish on the surface and you feel a little silly doing some of the exercises, but SARK is RIGHT ON. The message in the pages is deep and wise and very, very inspiring. A must read.
