Great pictures to derive decorating ideas from!!

This is the 2nd review I've left for this book. The book is filled with wonderful pictures and I was able to envision so many ideas for paint/wallpaper and general decorating modes. Great book for some victorian history, as well.

Great ideas!

I have a folk Victorian house, so the traditional, super-ornate Victorian style doesn't work for me. This book was perfect for ideas and the only book of its kind (rustic/country/Victorian style) that I've found. Since it wasn't available online, I checked it out from my local library. I would love to find more publications like this.

Few words, colorful and inspiring photos

When we decide to decorate an old house, we need more "to see" than "to read". This is exactly what we get here.
