I found this book in my physiotherapist's office. I started flipping through it and could not believe the quality of information in here. I'm 29 and have dealt with lower back problems for years. I can go from doing the advanced exercises to needing to utilize the most basic exercises when I get a flare up. This book covers all of that and separates the level of difficulty of the exercises which saves me time. This book also has a section for different sports and which type of exercises can benefit performance. I dont play any sports so I dont need that reference but there is definitely a benefit for those who are looking to improve in their sports. Highly recommended.
